"Drivers should have their vehicle serviced regularly in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. A vehicle with a dirty air filter uses more fuel and creates more exhaust pollution. Air filters should be changed as part of normal servicing. If a vehicle is used in dusty conditions, the air filter may need to be changed more often.
